Brian T. Stark
Brian is an experienced strategy consultant and former Ford executive with a broad background in strategic planning, finance, product development, and manufacturing.
Brian is a creative financial strategist who has played major roles in many turnaround situations, acquisitions and divestitures. He is effective in working with people at all levels, from the front line to the CEO, and has expertise in reorganizations, process improvements, and conflict resolution. Brian has completed successful assignments for a wide range of clients –from small privately-held corporations to Fortune 500 corporations and municipal governments. He is skilled in working with client management teams to develop solutions and recommended actions in order to facilitate stakeholder buy-in.
At Ford Motor Company, Brian’s 28 year career included positions of increasing management responsibility in Strategic Planning, Finance, Product Planning, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
Brian has a B.S. from Northwestern University and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School, where he was the recipient of the Bankers’ Trust Fellowship Award.
